Operation Comfort - "Mating the Body" Trip

Operation Comfort has progressed to the point of setting the body. A few of us (Me, Kelly Drake, Bill Swendson, Possibly Pat Jones, and maybe more) are going over to the Garage at San Antonio this coming Friday the 12th. We are leaving Houston early, and expect to be there by 9 or 9:30. We are staying the day, but plan on heading that night…..

Five members of the Houston Cobra Club made a trip to Lonesome Dove ranch today to visit with the Wounded Warriors and check on the progress of the LSC Cobra build. Suspension, brakes, rear end, gas tank, fuel line and brake lines are in. We set the body on today and marked it up for proper fit and alignment. We brought Kelly Drakes car along in the trailer for helpful tips. Kelly, Tony and Patrick spent about 2 hours working with the guys making suggestions, moving a few items to different locations, in general about a 2 page punch list. They're making great progress. As soon as pics are uploaded they'll be posted. They're all looking forward to the TCC Spring Meet in March.

Thank you for your support. I wanted to post some of the pictures that were taken during the Cobra Club visit. Operation Comfort has progressed to the point of setting the body. Thank you to everyone came out to the Automotivation Garage at San Antonio on Friday the Feb. 12th. The guys had a great time talking the Club members and appreciated the advice and guidance. We look forward to many more visits. I hope everyone enjoys the pictures.
