Gobra at BBORR

Lone Star was well represented in the Big Bend Open Road Race last week-end. The Gobra finished fourth in our class only .07 mph off the winning mph. With excellent navigating from Nancy, we were the top finishing Cobra in our class.

Well done Nancy!!
You did well too Jody, but I suspect it was a result of obeying the navigator.

You are correct my friend and have identified the secret of a successful marriage...as well as a successful BBORR! It is difficult to top a blind hill at 100+ mph  and not be a bit tentative about what's on the other side.

I bet that's true!
You may know there's no sharp curve, but there could be a Mule Deer or a bunch of Javelinas.

JIm,
We had a trip to see our son in Canada planned at the same time the Lone Star deal was scheduled. :( This will be the first one we've missed.

Congrats Jody and Nancy!

Sorry you will not be able to make the LSC gathering.
There is a light at the end of the tunnel. I just hope it is not a train heading my way.
