Well, the battle to regain our Toll-Free # is still underway. After countless days of getting the run around we finally reached their executive offices to resolve this matter. Hopefully we can have this back up this week!

The Toll-Free line should be up & running tonight. When things started getting serious they finally starting taking our situation seriously!

FIXED!! 
They finally fixed our Toll-Free line & returned it to normal operation mode. Thanks for nothing Uverse!!
